Privacy policy

CCMB Immigration respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information through this website and related online services. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the confidentiality duties in the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email, immigration background and uploaded documents, through our assessment form, call-back form, document upload form, online booking or client portal. This website has no user accounts and uses no advertising tracking. We use only Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors, to count overall visits.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your questions, schedule consultations, assess eligibility, provide the services you retain us for, process payments and keep records as required by law. We never sell or rent your personal information.

Services that process your information

Forms and features on this site are handled by Jotform (call-back and document upload forms), CaseCloud (assessment and client portal), Calendly and Stripe (booking and payment), Microsoft 365 (email), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Google Fonts (web fonts). These services may store or process information outside Canada, where local laws apply.

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and CICC record-keeping requirements, and we use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect it.

Your rights

You may ask to see or correct your personal information, or withdraw your consent, though this may affect our ability to serve you. To make a request, use the message form on this website.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Sites we link to, such as Calendly, Jotform and CaseCloud, may use their own cookies; please see their privacy policies.

Website content

Information on this website is general and is not legal advice. Browsing the site or submitting a form does not create a client relationship; that begins only when we both sign a service agreement.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
